What makes home, home? Is it just the land that you live on, is it just where you were born, or is it the people that make up the meaning of home. Living in New York opened my eyes to what really makes up that definition of home. I love New York City, the atmosphere, the hussle, and the culture, but there’s something about moving thousands of miles from what was once called home. A place that I once didn’t feel was home by choice. Growing up in Texas I only wanted to get out of it, but once I did. I realized how much I missed it. I remember being in high school, counting down the days, to finally move from Texas.
